Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon - Fri).

All standard deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. Standard post & packaging is now free.

Next Day Delivery
For an extra £4.95 your order can be upgraded to our Next Day Delivery service service. Any order recieved before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any order received after this time will not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched the following working day. If you are placing an order for 4 t shirts or more please contact us before selecting the Next Day service as we may not be able to guarantee their production for the next day.

We do not accept liability for items not recieved when you have supplied an incorrect address.

We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided.

Bank Holiday and Weekend Dispatch
No orders will be dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or any Public Holiday. Any order's received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day. This includes both standard and Next Day delivery orders.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.

We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.

We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
